Some fancy Wash and Wax car shampoo, Wash Mitt's and drying towel for the newish car I'm expecting to take ownership of tomorrow.

I'm sure the clean car novelty will wear off very soon though!

Your wife did tell you, but they were in your ears so you didn’t hear.

Water pump for the fishpond. It's a higher spec than the old one, but uses less power and shifts more water.

My remaining "cheap" whisky tumbler has developed a crack - our glass cupboard is over full and not everyone is very careful about filling and closing door so ordered some of these.

I have some better tumblers for occasions but hopefully these will fill gap.
And a set of these pens https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to annotate my Bible. A test shows a little bit of bleed on study Bible but better on my other new Bible.

A 10m roll of 25mm wide woven elastic to repair the waist-band on a pair of shorts that has lost its stretch. Obviously 10m is a lot but it's only £6 and the leftover is bound to come in handy for something.

I had looked in the sewing supplies in the local supermarket but the widest they had was 12.5mm and I'm not sure that you could get two to stay side by side.

Just heard I’ll be getting my new work laptop today!
I have only used my personal one a couple of times in the past few years as I use my iPads for 99% of everything I need.
