Cable Forum - What are you eating now?

Frozen battered sausage* Oven chips and battered onion rings, peas.

*Brand was Ballineen, supposedly chip shop style. Not recommended. Although the batter coat was great the sausage is of very poor quality, indeed I wondered where the meat was. :(

Sainsbury's have these on promotion again. Don't buy they're rubbish. I'm going to chuck the remainder as they're absolutely disgusting. This company should be prosecuted for contributing to food waste.

Pulled lamb* with mint sauce. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed broccoli, carrot and cabbage. Gravy.

*Last bit of the New years day slow roast shoulder I froze down.

I made a batch of chilli yesterday using chocolate nibs (very chocolatey), Carolina Reaper powder and a whole Chocolate Scorpion (not at all chocolatey).

First taste at lunch today. I think my face fell off :shocked:

******s, chips, mushy peas and gravy just now. I can still taste the burn from lunchtime.
