Yes, but don't expect Murdoch to give up without a fight. I expect to see a hostile takeover bid very soon!
Actually, it would be rather amazing if a certain Mr Malone made a bid and got it. TW own HBO......:):)

This has been compounded by the fact that, on most days, it has now been reduced to a part time channel.
From what I was told a couple of weeks ago, I think we can now safely rule out this channel as ever coming to VM.

So Sky would rather close the channel rather than offer it to VM! Pathetic.

When is the end of the Exclusivity period OB?.

I believe I read that it was for 18 months, but the first 12 months would be devoted to the best of their archived programmes.
I'm not bothered about that, as long as we get it by the end of that exclusivity period, when the new stuff will be rolled out, and I think that will be well worth having!

Is there many TV channels of value left for VM to get except of course SKY Atlantic and a half dozen HD variant channels like History?

I don't think so, not that are on Sky, anyway. There may be a few from other parts of the world (eg Australia?).
I've just finished watching the Australian drama 'Underbelly', which was brilliant!
