2-5mb according to the sky website. Will have to wait and see, in our last house just around the corner from here we had o2 broadband and was getting around 14mb. Hopefully will be closer to that.

Is it only people on VIP50 that are still awaiting a letter?

I have VIP50 + Tivo + Caller Display and I have received the letter which says mine is going up by £5.45 which will bring my total £111.96
Does anyone have a breakdown on what the increases are

That's correct. The closure of Liverpool is just a cost saving exercise for VM. The Swansea site was under used and Liverpool was expensive.

Expensive is an understatement!

Although one of the nicest offices I've ever set foot in when it first opened

They could have relocated to another location in Liverpool and kept the skillset available to them in that centre which they can never truly replace in Swansea.

That's the problem. Bt have just estimated 2-5 for me. When i questioned this further I was told that this actually means 3, give or take 1 or 2. Which actually means it could be 5, but possibly as low as 1.

I've moved to Sky and my ADSL line gave me 14Mb when I had Talktalk and is hitting between 11-14Mb on Sky. So right now its slightly over 14Mb but 8pm tonight it will drop to 11-12Mb.

Phone call to India to ask for a breakdown of my £3.70 increase
Agent: TV will increase by £2, Broadband by £2
Me: But the increase is only £3.70
Agent: Then there will be an adjustment to your account

So pressed the "I'm thinking of leaving you button" just to get someone English and got a very pleasant young man who told me that my TV (XL) will increase by £2 and Broadband (M) by £1.50 and Caller display by £0.20 but wait a minute says he, I'll just check your area for caller display, YES it's free saving you £2.05 and the £0.20 increase so your increase will only be £1.45 so only 2.96% as opposed to 7.56%

Glad I phoned!

I had to call to find out how much my bill would be going up by in the end. It was going to be a £5.25 increase so I've cancelled TV.

I don't have a clue what happened to my letter or email though?

There is a a good chance they can tell you by looking at a screen if you phone in,but a letter may take a little longer i still have not had mine.
