Re: TV price rises
Phone call to India to ask for a breakdown of my £3.70 increase
Agent: TV will increase by £2, Broadband by £2 Me: But the increase is only £3.70 Agent: Then there will be an adjustment to your account So pressed the "I'm thinking of leaving you button" just to get someone English and got a very pleasant young man who told me that my TV (XL) will increase by £2 and Broadband (M) by £1.50 and Caller display by £0.20 but wait a minute says he, I'll just check your area for caller display, YES it's free saving you £2.05 and the £0.20 increase so your increase will only be £1.45 so only 2.96% as opposed to 7.56% Glad I phoned! |
Re: TV price rises
Still not had notice of a price rise-there can't be many left to send out, surely?

Re: TV price rises
I had to call to find out how much my bill would be going up by in the end. It was going to be a £5.25 increase so I've cancelled TV.
I don't have a clue what happened to my letter or email though? |
