Back in May I was 15 stone, and due to the running and almost sensible eating I weighed myself this morning..13 stone 1 :)

It can be done people, this stuff works!

Good stuff... How often are you running?

Thanks - at least 3 and sometimes 4 days a week, minimum of 4 miles each time. I'm going for distance rather than timing because whenever we do speedwork at my running club I end up injuring my hip which lays me up for a few days.

Just over halfway in my 5X50 challenge. So far I've managed to do 339 KM with at least 5KM every day with only one day being a real struggle and I'm definately feeling the benefits.

I've dropped a bit of weight but seen a decent drop in my body fat % and on my Sunday long runs managed to go further than I've been able to go for over a year. :tu:

23 days to go. Barring any major disasters it should set me up nicely for the Southside Six in November.

Well done! My legs would have given out long before that :D

Mostly cycling to be fair but it's having a positive effect.

My diet kinda stalled, so I haven't lost as much as I'd hoped, but, after having toe surgery, I wasn't "allowed" to do anything exercise wise.

But so far, I've lost 5.62 stones or 78.8lbs.

Scary figure when I think of it.

5X50 done!

619 KM over the 50 days and I weigh 1/2 stone less than before. Now just the small matter of 16 miles on Sunday with this as the final sprint. Yes thats stairs at the top of the hill!

Oh that was unbelievably brutal but what a race! Ultra scenic, cracking day for it and such a friendly atmosphere. :tu:

My legs feel like they've had a thorough going over with a baseball bat so time for a few days off to recover.

Well done Deek. I think I'd be insisting on a stair lift at the end.

I've been trying to run into or from work at least once a week but this morning was a bit icey so it was difficult to get a rythmn going. I've managed to reward myself with a lovely big blister on my right foot. I suspect I've adjusted my running gait because of the underfoot conditions. :(

Wouldn't of helped, cruelly after that hill and the stairs there was another hill, a sharp bend and ANOTHER hill before the finish

Still it's definately going to become a regular fixture on my annual running calendar.

Today I managed to clock up my fastest ever mile, 7 mins 35 seconds. I go for distance over speed but I'm pretty impressed with that :)

I last wore this belt before I started running and it was already straining on the last hole. I dug it out today and decided to compare it....

All I can say is this stuff really works :)
