Oven baked southern fried chicken drumsticks, roast potatoes and parsnips. Steamed carrots, cabbage and leeks. Gravy.

Jacket potatoes with Stagg silverado chili filling. Needed a quick meal so the microwave rules.:D

Spare ribs in BBQ sauce. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed courgette and carrots.

Porridge with blueberries and strawberries. Forget statins, my cholesterol has plumetted since switching to porridge at breakfast.

Jumbo sausage rolls. OK supermarket sausage meat (Taste the difference) and all butter puff pastry. But still home made?

Just finished eating left overs out the freezer from last years xmas.

Special Xmas breakfast: Toasted brioche rolls filled with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

Well the main event is 5-6 hours away and I saw this in Delia's cookbook. Looked good and it is. :)

Stuffed turkey breast barded with bacon, roasties (spuds, carrot and parsnips), pan-fried sprouts, green beans and gravy. Yule log and ice cream soon. All washed-down with a Belgian quadrupel lager (10.5%).
