You can check what CMTS kit you're on yourself.

You need to find your CMTS MAC address and enter atleast the first 6 characters into the link below e.g 00:1d:70 which reports back as Cisco for me.

I got my CMTS MAC address info from my network log page on my SH3.

So my IP address changed for the first time in nearly 2 years. Was getting some bad congestion in my area and now it's worse:

Your new graph looks awful Kushan, very unusual for one to lose channels like that and get a new IP.

My download speed dose not seem to drop bellow 198 though even during this time

Same evening hump down here as well. Thought that it had gone away, used to get it all the time until recently.
