Empty seats making me rage! The amount of people you see on twitter after tickets yet these ticket holders, season ticket holders don't bother selling on if they arent going to turn up!

Well Arsenal need to win this and get something at Anfield or else their slim title hopes will come stuttering to a grinding halt pretty quickly.

From BBC

"
Here are some stats to go with the half-time Bovril:

Arsenal have failed to score a first-half goal in seven of their last eight Premier League games.
The last player to score a first-half PL goal for Arsenal at the Emirates was Nicklas Bendtner versus Hull - two months ago.

It won't be as easy as that.

Yeah Agueros out so I wouldnt be so sure of Chelsea being torn a new one.

Very honest post match from Wenger. So other deals that could have happened would have meant 3-4 yr contracts, that would as before screw the wage budget. Reports suggest Arsene will have a transfer kitty of 80m in the summer. I believe theres 100m minimum!

Doesn't matter how much, he is so tight he won't spend a penny of it. Or if he does, it will be on useless people that nobody else wants to buy.

Good win. Palace hard to break down as expected in the end. Atmosphere was a bit muted, probably because of the performance and the cold weather.

Well how does holding out in the hope a billionaire owner comes in and buys world class players help them. At least this way they won't be overtaken by clubs that have not spent as long cultivating their youth team and making slow but steady progress up the league. They won't have to watch as wages get inflated by an influx of outside money into the game and struggle to pay those wages.

What chance have the.little club got otherwise, champions league money has squewed things significantly meaning clubs don't grow organically, they stagnate and become feeder clubs.
They don't have any chance unless they win the owner lottery. There is less incentive to build up organically when they can spend years doing so only to be overtaken by a club that has even more money than Champions League qualification can bring. Tottenham and Everton are two clubs that would probably have Champions League football by now...

And Everton are one of the clubs ripe for a takeover and what would you rather have, billionaire owners putting their hand in their pocket or billionaire owners raping the club and of course the incentive is their or else clubs like spuds and Everton wouldn't keep trying.
