Re: NTL offering package to challenge talk talk
Surprise Surprise, my bills are back to there old levels.
According to customer retentions, I do not exist on the system for the phone, even though I have next months phone bill!!!! It appears that accounts have to finish in 01 to 09, though I have different account numbers!!! Ah, I am on SMS, which has not been migrated, so the retentions person, after 10 minutes of trying to find me found out, which was news to him. So I have to talk to 2 different people now, thats progress NOT |
Re: NTL offering package to challenge talk talk
when you call through, if you were passed from CS they should have selected the correct department for your billing system, if you direct dialled when you put your phone number in it routes you through to the correct department, provided you put the right one in,

Why can't they just offer it on the website!? One wonders...... P.S. if some1 from retentions could list these other packages, presumably Bundle 1/2/4/5/6/.... ?;) Oh, and can any1 tell me if u get a FREE WIRELESS ROUTER from VM. I have/had ntl. I know telewest customers got one :( |
Re: NTL offering package to challenge talk talk
VM dont provide wireless routers was an offer provided by TW thats not being carried on, why dont you just call retetions and ask what offers they have?

Re: NTL offering package to challenge talk talk

|
Re: NTL offering package to challenge talk talk
yes retentions still exists but is now called customer relations (I think) or some silly name.
|
Re: NTL offering package to challenge talk talk
RESULT!!!
confusing situation for me, but finally all sorted! i got this: Talk Unlimited (24 hour calling) Talk International (cheap international calls) Talk Mobile (Cheap mobile calls) Line rental Broadband Size: M (2Mb) = £19.95 a month fixed with no need to keep calling back each month. + £11.50 for TV +£8 for Star Plus = £39.45 For LIFE!!! She said that it is cheaper to give half price bband for 3 months, but u have to keep calling back. This maybe a bit more expensive, but its fixed. I think this is a FAIR PRICE to pay VM, so dont start saying "u should pay full price" blah blah, because I have had my fair share of my probs too! Code:

The slightly annoying bit is that I pay in two bits - £18 per month for BB and £1.95 per month for my phone. My £50 credit is on my phone bill so I'll be using up that credit till kingdom come! Still, I'm moving abroad in August, so I guess I'll get a cheque back then. |
