But all the same, I get the same message - I'm tempted to ring CS, but being only on 1Mbps, I'm not sure they'd want to help. :erm: |

Because NTL are displaying 2 service structures on their upgrade page then that is an advertisement, if by clicking the upgrade button and you automatically got upgraded to the next level of service without seeing the details of the service provided than that would not be an advertisement. Simply put anything you can read than describes a product or service is an advertisement irrespective if it is in the general domain or in an area that you need to log into. |

Hi all :)
Just been upgraded from 3mb to 10mb (SACM). Did the following: Rang 0800 052 2000 Option 2 CS: How can i help sir? Me: I would like to upgrade my connection please. CS: 2 seconds sir, let me check your account. **a few seconds later CS: The upgrade won't take place until December. Me: I was told that 3mb customers would be upgraded first and it seems that 2mb and 1mb users are getting upgraded. CS: 2 seconds sir. **a few seconds later CS: Hello sir, that will be done for you now. Me: Many thanks! Couple of reboots later and it's done. Just downloaded a trial 50mb file in 46 seconds.... WHHHOOOOOSHHH!!!! :D Was downloading at 1.12mb/s :p: |
