As usual against proper opposition they will flunk. So many players today were an embarrassment. |

Only watched bits of it, and the cricket as well , both very poor. The best watch at the same time was the 'British' tennis player Jo Konta in the U.S. Open,

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
The first half against San Marino was abysmal and we were not that much better in the second half.

2. And he got game time at Arsenal something he wouldn't have got at MU. Also lets not forget Tom Cleverley was filtering through the ranks ;)

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
Got to admire a player who goes somewhere for game time rather than money.

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
If he was good enough he would have got game time, this is a team that actually did 'win things with kids' ;) And I don't know what the financial arrangements were at the time but they would have been little difference.

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
Do recount the team you had at the time...
And he wasn't good enough. He was nowhere near the player he is today to that of the year he moved from Cardiff or even years commencing. Financials make a big difference as Wenger alluded to when Ronaldo opted for MU. Or was it purely down to Carlos Queiroz? |

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
Newcastle apparently made an offer of £10 million plus Rolando Aarons for Charlie Austin. There's silly made up stories then there's that.
A second source claims Newcastle were infact offered Charlie Austin for £12 million and Newcastle declined saying they were quite happy with we've got. If the second is true it seems like Newcastle won the hardball game played out all summer then pulled a quick one and left QPR with a valueless player. |
Re: Football Season 2015/2016
Matilde Mourinho have you seen her recent photos?
Sad. I do not put a link here --it is so embarrassing, in particular for her father Jose.... |
