Got the new firmware, but can't seem to get any connection info. Im running it in modem mode but the advanced setting button is greyed out, does that mean you can't see connection info when in modem mode?

LOL so logical that you cant see it logged in...thanks for letting me know. Think I remember reading it now from when you guys where trialling it but guess it never stuck in my poor old brain.

Noticed its still classed as beta too.
Boot Code Version 2.3.0beta7

Always good to roll out beta to the masses :P

They did the same with Tivo and released a Release Candiate rather than a final version.

Jitter 0 all morning
After 6pm, having more time i decided to do a master reset to help if is any bug
Note after reset 6pm the blue, jitter gone up.Ok i know is not lot but here my point
jitter now is varrying from 1-3 all evening and till now morning while with firmware r30 was 0-1ms
I have reboot router/SH,done power cycle, nothing(all down/up channels stay locked at the same channels and MHZ as r30)
Any one notice any difference for better in the new firmware?

It's stupid you can't now access advanced settings if you got SuperHub in modem only mode. :(

Re: R36 Firmware Beta Test (was R35)

why do you need advanced settings in modem mode? connection are on the login page, you don't need to even log in

but in the advance settings that was available with r30, was only SH status, connection info, change password and event log
http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/35446137-post348.html

are still all present with r36 but in 2 different sections
top right via router status tab (you must not log in)
then when log in is the SH status in the middle
.....and here is the downside...must log in / log out to see them

But i guess coming an engineer out is better ... as for the status tab not log in and passwords needs, so he/she can access easy the modem power levels

Had R36 since am Friday the 13th. What a vast improvement. No drop outs, and a vast increase in wireless range, and wireless speed. Credit were its due. Thumbs up Virgin.
One very happy customer.

Got new f/w today... don't like it... my wifi n speed has dropped from 300Mbps to 130Mbps!!!!

I also am now unable to add a reserved IP address in the dhcp server if it is connected to the network (thank fook my phone is wifi!)

It totally wiped my settings when it updated (thanks for wiping out all my port forwarding!)

And I've just notest it thinks I've downloaded 3GB in the last hour!!!! All I have running other than my AV is firefox!!! It better not reduce my speed!

Not happy with it.... no doubt I'll find more!

HOW DO I DOWNGRADE IT????
