Thanks Strart for the Video. Makes you wonder why they are getting rid when she said It's the biggest thing on Channel 4 and the ratings are still very high. Pity he didn't ask her about how much live feed that they were going to give us. I hope they dont start the live feed at one in the morning again like they did on CBB when they were all in bed :(

The problem is Channel 4 were not set up to go for ratings. They were initially set up to provide somewhere for new TV producers to experiment with ideas, and to develop new talent.

In recent years, they've almost become the UK home of reality TV, and they seem to be trying to move away from that. They've also dropped Wife Swap, that cleaning programme and a few other shows.

Also, apparently BB is quite expensive to produce. This is probably the main reason they are dropping it. This is the reason they have dropped other shows (e.g. Star Stories).

Wonder will the also keep Coach trip or dump it. I dont think anything again will bring in the the ratings for them that bb did. They should keep the million pound drop as that was really good and I think the ratings as well for it were pretty reasonable.

Doesn't look like we're getting a countdown this year, im even more excited now :D, the main advert has been shortened if anyones interested, aired during the 5 oclock show.
