Looking at your last few graphs the red part is in the night, i think you said you turn it off over night so what is the problem?

It's after I switch it on. Around an hour of on-off-on-off connection. "It should not happen" is what I've been told. Plus lots of short periods during the day when latency shoots up making the connection unuseable.

Time to take it higher as you suggest.

Or, y'know, stop causing the problem yourself.

Cars "should not crash" but it still helps if you don't drive around drunk.

It was not a problem until a couple of months ago. Then the problem appeared. So it is a problem that their equipment is causing. And they admit it.

"Cars should not crash" is an awful analogy.

Funny how good some people are at jumping to conclusions about things they don't understand.

Crossing the road without looking didn't kill me until a couple months ago. So it's obviously someone else's fault.

No wonder my BB is rubbish this morning:

Looks like somethings gone belly up from 10pm and just got worse. Other stuff to 4pm was a torrent.

Running on a 3G backup dongle at the moment.

Looks like some kind of network issue, a buddy 1/2 a mile from me on VM is in the same boat.

VM just changed my IP address. I can't remember when that last happened.

Annoying thing is I now have to change all my VPNs on all devices.

It's usually like this and probably explains why I get 208Mb/12Mb 24/7.

As Kushan would say, that's what DNS is for.
