@weenie. You are officially my new hero.

My moan is that I have finally had to accept that I can not control what is happening. I know that people are doing their utmost to help me but darn grinnit I need to to know what is happening and feeling left in the dark is soooooooo frustrating.

That's the downside to invisible illnesses. You get taken on appearances only. It doesn't matter what you tell people they just can not or will not understand what you're going through. More often than not you put on a brave face to the outside world and even to those close to you which always seems to get misinterpreted as well. The more it happens to more you distant yourself and the more annoyed you end up.

Which kind of relates to one of my own moans. As my weight went down to 7st 10lb (40 something male) I've had to live on Calshakes, Fresubins, Vital 1.5kcals, Ensures etc, and I've managed to increase my weight a little. Now I've been told I look well even though nothing has changed medically nor the way I feel and it is really frustrating. Sometimes I just feel more acceptable and justifiable when I was 7st.

Being put in charge of a sub team, and then have one member of the team ignore every single thing I tell him.

It shames me to say that I think I may have been guilty of that myself once upon a time.

Working tomorrow, and not looking forward to it. First Mother's Day since my Nan died last year. Hoping that nobody tries pushing my buttons, because I will be low tomorrow.

Well, that's going to be a possibility. Manager for today has changed, and it's one who talks down to me like I'm thick. Real possibility I will be walking out today.

So ashamed of myself. Made a serious mess yesterday at work, and got in today to be told that I am now banned from 2 accounts, which means I am only working Wednesday this week. I hold my hands up about making errors, but banning me completely from the accounts when there is far worse going on in these accounts seems a bit too harsh. Still, I can only accept my punishment like a man and hope they let me back on them soon.

Mark don't blame yourself too much your head was all over the place yesterday for obvious reasons.

3rd week of ongoing medical problems, chest/lung infection and having to rely on tabs that make me sleepy.
Currently deciding whether I go to surgery early or see if I get a response from 111 sooner?

All I can say is I know just how you feel and I'm thinking about you :hugs:
