why a further email to order, why not include this with the original? sorry for the rant, don't take it personally just vm have pussyfooted round this so much, I'm getting a bit bored!

That sounds like it's delayed; we were expecting the order email by the end of March....

It's a update email because they said they'd be in touch before the end of March.

It's to make sure everyone is aware how the ordering process is going to go.

BTW, what progress has been made with the EPG data being corrected for UK services.

I'm seeing "Spartacus: Gods of the Arena" down as a "repeat" despite it being a UK premier. It should have the "new" tag.

Not having a go at you DF , but VM really dont know how to launch a product people registered there interest on the 1st December 10 , 4 months on and pre reg have no install date seems crazy .:confused:

If they'd got the ordering information out to us by the end of March (as indicated on the forums), people would be happy, but this 'new plan' will cause a lot of unrest, especially if those few days' turn out to be many.

VM have had time to plan this. Why the delay?
