yeah as ignition said when the green increases like that its some kind of peering/transit issue I guess the same LINX peering point.

Nothing on my graph aside from a slight latency bump due to a bit of higher utilisation.

There's a fault ref on this according to the VM forums, but no idea when or if VM will get it fixed on their end.
