Good find.

My insider has now confirm that the CBS Action launch date has been moved back by 48 hours to December 15th.

Any reason for this.

Terrible picture (pixelating VERY badly, freezing and blanking) when it gets very windy (as it is now) round where I live. When there is no wind the picture is fine.

Had 5 engineers here who say it's a network issue, the network dept have monitored my service but have said there's nothing wrong, so now they're saying it may be the cabling. Oh the joy :D

Sounds like a repull is needed. If you feel you are getting nowhere then may I suggest posting on our Community Forum? The 2nd line TV guys monitor that forum and can access your account. We (VM Staff) can't on here for data protection reasons.

Thanks Digital. The TiVo lass that I spoke to last night (eventually and after 40 mins on the phone to India) suggested a repull and apparently she's putting her suggestion on the engineers job sheet. We'll see if anything gets sorted then

Sony channel would be a good addition.

I was hoping you would stay away from this thread but how is the launch of a few SD channels in any way related to Virgin having the capacity to launch up to 80 HD channels?

I wonder who he could be talking about ????

Hi Media Boy, Strange question to ask but, when channels launch on VM, are there certain dates or times of the month they launch or days. And how long does it take from 'testing' on VM to launch.

Another pop up to advise customers of the error might be a good idea.

Everyone in my Top 40 posters list had to post in Vol. 1 and 2 as well as this one.

The list will be out on Monday at 5pm.

What a waste of your time.

They normally, but not always, appear in the early hours of Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Actually, there is one that I have been given by management, following my refusal to deal with the foreign call centre. Unfortunately, after speaking to them they have asked me not to give it out :(
