It's an outrage. I'm writing to my MP about it.

It was renamed overnight on the 6th July. Any EPG movement could take much longer. With That's Media's track record, they may have switched back to a music format by the time Virgin decides to change the channel number.

my contract comes up at the end of August. this is the closest to the end of contract I've ever got without having renewed up or been emailed via a query by someone.

the virgin media/o2 era seems to have gotten rid of a lot of those helpful staff.

off to retentions from August. Anyone got any tips on how to get a decent offer?
