It's the truly intelligent TV that does episode management, personal scheduling and recommendation across on-demand and live services that is the missing piece at the moment. But as I mentioned before there are so many obstacles that make it really hard for that to be realised. Which annoys me as it's a project I'd love to run.

London Live may be on a knife edge as it's owner has announced that he is to stop printing the Independent titles.
Both companies are currently making losses; even rich people can't subsidise loss making companies forever. |
