I must say since the new search feature has been added i use it all the time, i think its the best thing they have ever done, hope they add an option for it on the home menu soon, rather than hiding it in catchup! It shows great things to come with the new Tivo boxes towards the end of the year!

it wouldnt be so bad if VM didnt already have an agreement with ESPN but as they do its pretty bad we cant get all the ESPN package as we will be missing ESPN America HD.

Indeed. Despite what Sky have said I do believe it's directly linked to the VM deal. Whether they'll be a Sky Living, I'm not so sure. But I wouldn't be surprised if Sky use their newly acquired slots to launch +1 and HD versions of Sky1 to 3, Sky1 already in existence of course.

What do you get if you select "search" in the Catch Up TV menu?
Nothing..it just searches tv on demand thats it.
No other options.
