-MTV Shows has stop broadcasting on Virgin Channel 170.
-Sky Real Lives and Sky Real Lives 2 has been removed from Virgin Channels 281 and 282.
-MTV +1 has stop broadcasting on Virgin Channel 312.
-MTV Classics has stop broadcasting on Virgin Channel 321.

There isn't a slate on the channel stating that it has stopped broadcasting, there is just a blank screen with the program information still available

I know that - but Channel M was remove from Sky last week - I do not know if Channel M is still broadcasting in other networks.

Has it been removed from freeview? Can't currently scan for channels as the roof aerial isn't plugged in

Wikipedia says its broadcasting on Freeview Channel 200

It's apparently Channel 200 on UHF Channel 57 but it seems to be non existant on my TV, it is quite a narrow beam that it is broadcasting on though

I have managed to wipe my digital freeview channels. LOL I don't know how that happened! so I am just reinstalling them.

Add ... This is like watching paint dry but not as exciting. :D

Was the SA V+ Box updated recently?

Cause all off a Sudden I have no recordings are no planned ones anymore. But the box seems bit more responsive!
