Hey I have just been think about TIVO and I have to say that that I am glad as I will be able to fill up the HDD so that I will have plenty to watch when the Royal wedding is on and also the following days:erm: Plenty of time till then ( i had better get thumbing )

When you say day's away from an e-mail do you mean this week?

Well I wasn't home when they called re: tivo comp, they said they would call later that day 3 weeks later still no call and it seems to be over. I am certain someone else is getting mine, no problem, contract is up soon so maybe my 120 a month goes elsewhere.

Not happy with this.

I called them, they put me through to tivo sales, which I didn't ask for, then they checked up and said they are still calling back winners this was about 10 days ago maybe more.

I would keep trying as it is a free call to 150 and get this chased up or asked it to be raised as a complaint as all the times that you have called in will have been noted on your account.
