I would only quit if I had another job to walk into, or I had the means to support myself financially without needing benefits. Been looking today for a new job.

The transport company that takes me to/from Hospital has gone bust. Being fetched in a taxi at the moment.

I hope a permanent solution is sorted out for you soon. In the meantime hopefully the taxis will be a tad more reliable than the the old transport company. Fingers crossed for you.

I feel your pain.

I remember they I left for work and knew he wouldn't be coming home from the vets that day.

I worked in a warehouse and we packed parcels and had a sheet we used and they were labelled a to z, The last one I filled was K9 :(.

Then went home to a crying mum and sister :(

Got home to find out that the brain tumours are now spreading, they have spread to the spine and liver. Doctor thinks no longer than end of October.

I'm sure you'll make good use of what time you have. The doctors gave my old man only a couple of months when they discovered tumours had spread to his liver and lungs but he actually lasted 9 months, most of which he spent at home, functioning normally and in very little pain. The brain's a different matter of course and without knowing what state she's in now it's hard to know how much she's suffering. We were lucky in that regard. Hope you are too.

Not the kind of news anyone wants to hear Mark. I am sure that you will do your very best to make the most of the time you have left with her count. Spoil her and try to create happy memories that you can draw upon in the coming days and months.

You know that we will be here for you whenever you need to vent or have a shoulder to lean on sweetie.

Mark I honestly cannot express just how sorry I am to hear this. It is never nice nor easy knowing that were going to loose someone who means the absolute world to us.

As Jo has said make every moment count have your laughs, spoil your Nan rotten with all you have.
