The VM Community forum has a thread about this and James W (Community Lead - Help & Support Forum Team) stated at 17:40pm
"I'm sorry to see that this is occurring: I've escalated it to our broadband support teams a while ago for investigation, and am waiting for an update. I'll update when I do get that information through." and gave this update at 21:09pm "I assure you we do have our networking teams available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Looks like a sharp return to normal service.

Despite the improved graph, and another modem reboot, I am only getting 100Mb download now. Edit.............................................. .................................................. ..... Did a return to factory settings and then back to modem only mode. Now getting full speed, (160Mb), and ping of 11ms. |
