Agreed but was only pointing out the Season Ticket makes it impossibly naff rather than naff...

Anyone seen the new fixture list announcement on sky sports news?? Sky are sounding desperate. First of all the complete ramming of the top 4 "more matches that matter!!" then bringing out all the third rate analysts like phil thompson and alan smith to moan and gasp at the wonderful fixtures...and then some ceo of sky sports saying to people "theyve never had it so good" as well as throwing out some meaningless statistics about 98% of matches meaning something...i diidnt really catch that part?

They look scared of BT sport to be honest never seen them act like this before.

I've never had it so good...perhaps sky but your customers have never paid so much ;) (obviously excluding that season ticket malarky ...)

The problem is the quantity. There are some very decent looking fixtures in amongst all that lot. And in fairness, as per last year, the better games are generally on Sky because they get more first picks, and get to choose which rounds BT use their first picks.

The Original Bundle - No change
The Variety Bundle - £2.00
The Family Bundle - £1.00
Sky Sports (1 or 2) - No change
Sky Sports Pack (1 & 2) - £2.50
Sky Movies (1 or 2) - No change
Sky Movies Pack (1 & 2) - £0.50
HD Pack - No change
Multiscreen - No change

Rumors suggest not everyone will be affected by the Sky Sports price rise with virgin media but we'll just have to wait and see

I'd like to see BT get access to Sky Sports on its YouView STB this would help even more with deals in my opinion.

If you ignore the anti-sky rhetoric by some...the fixtures look fine. And not sure what else sky would say about their new line up...don't watch us :D

I remember a few were deriding BT sports last year at this time, because it wasn't guaranteed to be on Virgin. Now it is the best thing since sliced bread...go figure

l think good old Colin is getting himself into a tizzy over some who are anti Sky and he needs to calm down a bit as we would not want him to have a heart attack.:D

Hmm. I just phoned up about the Season Ticket and was told by a very polite Indian chap called Edward that I had to go to the Big Kahuna to get it. It just isn't worth that change for me as I would be paying a lot more each month. Shame.

Has anyone had any joy getting the season ticket on its own without the Kahuna bundle?

The sky fixtures are good, and if not, who else would you go to?

Not as if you can select another provider
