Very true yet they seem happy to push on with contract talks with Webster.

From what I can gather, even the SPL isn't 100% sure what this means and if it breaches their terms and conditions. The next 48 hours may shape the future of Hearts. Hearts in 1st Division next year is looking likely.

Yes, Webster situation seems an odd one, as he is one of the higher paid players. Though I'm not sure he has been offered a contract yet

They aren't in administration yet. Hearts will likely start next year with minus points.
