I imagine the letter is being sent to all addresses in VM cabled areas to coincide with the current TV advertising campaign for HD but it will take a while to reach everyone. |
Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2010)
I received the letter here in Telford the other day and can confirm it too.
It's good to see Virgin are now advertising it with as many methods as possible. On the way to West Brom the other day I saw at least 3 billboards with "Amazing HD" on it and then BGT had the advert inbetween, and then the letter in the post. Keep up the work :) |

I have OCD-like tendencies and can generally identify our regular post by the typeface or handwriting of the address, envelope style, mail carrier, return address etc. In recent times with companies merging, changing hands, using external mailing services and economising by changing from coloured headed paper and pre-printed envelopes with coloured logos to black and white, it is harder to spot what's from whom and if it is of any interest without opening it. At least the Virgin Media mailings have the Virgin Media logo on the envelope (for now). |
