Frankly that is twitter for you.... not a nice place to be very often. The standards of behaviour and of CS on twitter are very poor and produce results like this one...

Mind you should think VM staff are very stressed atm but that is no excuse for abuse or stupid humour.

I understand where HM is coming from. I used for work for another Virgin company and if we'd spoken to our customers in such a way there would have been major repercussions. Virgin are very protective of their customer relations record and invest a lot in protecting that image.

Although that comment is accurate and made is out of frustration the last thing VM want at the moment is to wind customers up further. Never ridicule a customer even if you think they deserve it, as you are representing your employer not yourself. This is something VM can fully control unlike the BT situation.

I find VM's attitude on Twitter appalling! I think the person involved will be disciplined.

Yes, i am feeling optimistic for my Virgin cousins

You will get BT sport (my guess is next week), though only VIP will get it for a reduced fee.
XL will get it for regular price.

And maybe a sky channel as an add on bonus.

Of course, I could be wrong. :D

Well lets hope MB next week has some more updates and hopefully better news on the BT Sports saga.
