They are justing sorting out the details and it should be sorted out within the month.

Best of all no 6 month probation (well I've been there 10 months:)), secondly its the first job I have got without a interview :D.

Sadly our youngest will never have children but our eldest will need to promote girls up his list of priorities ahead of 'A' levels, karate and football before there's much risk of that.... ;)

Had my laser surgery, it was nothing. I really had nothing to be worried about. It was over in 5 minutes, no pain whatsoever and within 2 minutes my eyesight was crystal clear. Have to keep away from bright light for a day or so but other than that it's all good :)
