Another example to add to the others above. The red patch is when I used MyVM to remotely reboot the router and it stopped it working completely!l I did a soft re-set back at home.

When I then did some tests (given latency was showing very high), speed was fairly normal but ping was a bit slow and more jitter than normal.

(South Yorkshire area)

this problem is reported fixed now so the high ping should be fixed.
