Butter chicken and Basmati rice. First time I've cooked this. I say cook but it's a Pataks cook in sauce.

If it's decent I'll see how to do this from scratch.

Butter chicken was good. Need to sort out how to do that from scratch

Griddled lamb leg steaks with mint, garlic and rosemary. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed broccoli, leeks, carrots and white cabbage. Gravy.

This is the method I use for butter chicken gravy and it works fantastic every time.

The hard part is making the Tandoori chicken if you don't have a clay oven. I do mine in a multifunction oven with a convection setting and it works just fine though.

Apart from Mace and the dried fenugreek leaves I have most of the ingredients on hand, method looks straight forward.

:tu: you can usually get the dried fenugreek leaves in the herbs'n'spices section at big Tesco Extras

Gammon steaks griddled with pineapple rings, onion rings and mushrooms. Chips, battered onion rings and peas. Sauces.
