To be fair, you get precious little new channels coming to Virgin media so folk need to talk about something to keep the thread going.

I'm happy for boxing fans but I wish the same could be said for award winning US drama fans.

I can't see any mention of a free introductory period, I seem to recall that Box Nation said that this was going to be the case, as with their Sky launch.

Don't recall BoxNation themselves saying so, I thought it was more part of the speculation discussion after the Sky launch

Happy to be corrected if you can find an official reference from BoxNation saying otherwise

The article doesn't confirm how customers can add this channel to their package, and when they can add it from.

I assume from 10st December 2011, if you want the channel, you need to call Virgin directly? Or will it be possible to add this via My Virgin Media?

Hi, I'm unsure if this has been brought up elsewhere on this forum however within the BoxNation press release I noticed this:

Apologies if I am starting unnecessary speculation, although I presume this is just a typo and not a change in the pipeline?

It's meaning out of all the Sky Sports channels available on Virgin, you can only get 1 & 2 in HD.

Nothing about them dropping the SD versions

Really the '*' should have been on
