Oh yes, well remembered, personally I had tried to wipe Thursday's match from memory, if ever a team got mugged it was us.

Quinn Names Number 2

Jimmy Quinn has named Steve Castle as his assistant manager.
The new manager was introduced to the crowd before Saturday's match against Stevenage Borough, and Castle was confirmed as his assistant.
The 40-year-old began his playing career at Leyton Orient in 1984 and spent eight seasons there, making 243 league appearances and scoring 55 league goals before spells with Plymouth and Birmingham and transfer fees totalling £470,000.
He moved on to Gillingham (loan) and Peterborough United for three seasons until 2000, winning promotion and having a spell as player-coach, before ending his playing career with Orient (again) and in non-league with Stevenage and St Albans. He made over 500 league appearance and scored over 100 goals throughout his league career.
He enjoyed a spell as player/manager at St Albans City FC from October 2003 but resigned a year later due to other commitments, and has gained his UEFA 'A' licence and full licence coaching badge.

Roy Keane hails Chelsea Boss Mourinho.........

Quote:

"Do you remember when Chelsea played United at Stamford Bridge, end of last season, and there are two minutes to go in injury time, and he gets up, walks up to where the United lads are and he's shaking Alex Ferguson's hand and the game is still going on?
And even more importantly for united.....

Quote:

In the revealing interview, Keane also stated that he believes England and United striker Wayne Rooney still has to prove himself.
As ever, I think Keano has a point.

Some shaky moments for United at half time - if this keeps up who knows, perhaps some of our errant Arsenal supporters will return to this thread!

Unlucky for United there, we should have wrapped that up easily. OGS came really close to taking care of matters at the end. Still, it was only Arsenal :D

Utd only started to play after Arsenal scored. Rooney should have been brought off a lot earlier. Been disappointed with Rooney the past few months. People say he is still young but look at Fabregas - he's younger and he ran the show today.

Still well done Arsenal.

May I welcome to the Arsenal fans back to this thread. Whats that chant? You only sing when your winning? ;)
