Obviously he sees that a photo opp is much more important than the lives of the secret service. What a total idiot.

The clear pretty simple advice if someone has Covid whether its the president or anybody else is.

1/ Follow medical advice

2/ Don't go for an unnecessary drive-by that threatens the lives of those in the car with you

You can always pre-order a commemorative coin.

When we heard the sad news of President Trump's positive COVID test, once again we had faith and prayed but we knew our President would find a way to Knockout COVID in early rounds of this battle. President Trump, as you know, is a fan of boxing, and the new design includes more than a hint of superhero qualities in history's most fascinating president. President Trump, whether you are in his corner or not, is a sui generis, a one-of-a-kind, bigger than life, singular energetic force.

The only consolation for the hard working secret service whose health Trump unnecessarily put at risk in order to wave at the media, is that they only have to put up with him for another month.

Thank goodness the First Lady has more sense.

I thought old presidents still got cover to 10 years or so after leaving office. It used to be life cover but that got expensive and a bit silly.

Yeah I think they get protection for life still?

With the current age of US presidential candidates, the two periods of time may be the same.
The secret service can probably be a bit more assertive in their dealings with former Presidents and presumably ex-presidents get a different team.

The president is probably taking a drive to test his eyesight.
or he could be on his way to a railway station to take a trip across the country because he has covid like the nice scottish lady did here.

Personally i think that's a trump lookalike employed by the democrats.
