Brilliant phone. I remember once that I was talking on it, dropped it, and it bounced off several crates. Not only was it still working, but it hadn't even lost the call..

Sold it to a friend for £20. He gave it to his wife. She gave it to another friend of mine. His sister nicked it, and sold it to her mate for £50..

Wish I had held out for more money..

A fantastic phone, I gave mine to my mum for a while but now we keep it in the house as an 'Emergency' Phone. Basicly if one of us is going out and cant find our mobile we take that. Its also handy if the landline is tied up.

My Phone History is a little bit confusing but here goes....
C12
Siemens C25 (terrible phone)
Back to another similar C12 becuase the c25 was poo
Nokia 3310 (Far too easy to break)
Back to my original c12 because I didnt like the 3310 either
Nokia 7110
Sony Ericsson t610 (Nice, small and light)
Samsung d500 (Virtually indestructable)

And I still think the c12 and the 7110 where the best of the lot.

I have had a 'do' with my XDA II, well two actually, I've dropped it down the loo, ( this was a replacement for the one I droped in the loo before :dunce: ) hand went in quick as yo like, stripped it, dried it and its still working, then the other day, I jumped off the back endof an artic wagon, had the phone in a breast pocket, as I jumped, the phone jumped ouuta the pocket and crashed to the floor ( all in all, about 3 meters ) the SD card came out, the stylus came out, and guess what, yep..................it's fooked.

Only kidding, it's still going strong  :D :D

I came into the mobile phone world very late. Couldn't see the point at first. So the first phone I owned is the one I still own.
Siemens SL55.

Hey Zing, I think that was me you are talking about - here is my first mobi, back in the late 80's (a Motorola brick) - I used to have an identical one in NZ when I worked out there (ah, the days before roaming).

I had a moto 8700 on one2one as my first phone.

It was a classic phone and built like a brick it was great!

My first mobile was the Sagem Myx2 and it still is.
I'm not big on phones so as long as it can let me text and call from time to time, I'm not in a hurry to replace it.

:Yikes:

Those phones are pretty much indestructable! In fact, i have 2 of them sat on my desk next to me right now! I only broke one after it took a 10 foot drop from a girder onto a concrete floor... The screen cracked, it still displayed everything for about 5mins til it was finally dead :(

Faithful phones... I still use the white one and the red one! As well as my K750i and 3220...

Pic attached!
