Still no luck. Cleared temporary files. Tried Ctrl/F5 and still no button to click.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

I don't go through the Broadband Plus site since it trys to install DRM software onto my computer.

I'm going through www.ntlworld.com/bigbrother

You're on 2mb. The stream is only available for people on 4mb and above so maybe thats why you're getting the error message?

There is no such thing as 4MB till June 1st when 2MB will be 4MB, so shouldn't 2MB users be able to watch this?

I'm a 10MB customer and don't know where to watch the live stream.
