Because justifying a point with misleading information is not right. The O2 plan may suit you and what you desire from your mobile but not everyone wants a plan even let alone an O2 plan or even a mobile, and it still doesnt actually reduce the fees incurred from 0870's.

I find companies (and government departments) using revenue generating numbers for customer care, including tec support, as repugnant as those awful conning phone-in quiz shows.

I suggest you read my post again, as you clearly haven't done so. You were ranting about no-one offering inclusive minutes to non-geo numbers, I said that o2 does. End of. How is this misleading?
