But it seems a bit half hearted. A bit of quick googling tells me that the licence should say Abertawe, not Swansea.

I was only half jesting here. On the odd occasion that I have visited Wales, I'm sure that some of the road signs were bilingual; Cardiff comes to mind.

PS On one of these occasions, a fellow passenger commented that there seemed to be a lot of Cross Keys (places or pubs I can't recall) in Wales. Was his attention (or even mind) wandering, or is it true?
