take out the NIC cards then :) and make sure that you disable everything in bios regarding LAN

how about a discussion and finding some compromise on usage? Failing that set up a separate phoneline for his computer and get him to pay the bill if he wants access?

Illiminate the wireless network, and plug the Modem straight into your PC
