Hopefully this is just outlook.com and not the Android Outlook app where I access my Gmail from.

I know that my nephew collects his mail on his phone, I wonder it that will be affected

I use Gmail and I have no trouble getting my email plus I have a Windows PC and an iPhone and iPad.

My only issue is remembering passwords.

I recommend a good password manager like Bitwarden, I only need to remember the password for that if I dont use a fingerprint.

Having said that I tried to explain to my parents how simple easy and convenient it is but it was too complicated for her so she's gone back to writing them down on paper in code.
