The HS2 announcements yesterday all seemed logical. Euston seems an issue so a good idea to look at it separately. Connecting HS2 it into Northern Powerhouse Raul/HS3 is needed. I expect the bit about bringing forward the Birmingham to Crewe section is essentially political to show people in the new Conservative seats that something is actually happening. |
