Why? The "asian" policeman arresting/handcuffing the attacker could have been the subject of the taunt.

Because one of those two had just stabbed someone, far more likely to be the target of abuse that the guy arresting him. Earlier in the video the guy is also shouting 'who is this idiot' whilst the attacker is still acting violently which against is presumably the attacker rather than one officer of many.

You don't need to have a religion to be a terrorist.

Definition of terrorist: A person who uses terrorism in the pursuit of political aims.

As soon as he ranted on about Syria it became an act of terrorism no matter how small or large.

Not sure if anyone saw this but on Channel 4 News they had an interview with the brother who claimed:
  • The guy has had a history of mental health problems including being sectioned
  • His behaviour got worse over the summer and his brother phoned the police to report that

Channel 4 said the police confirmed they received a call over this guy's mental health 3 weeks ago.

To be fair Damien. you can't assume somebody with mental health issues is going to stab somebody.
but it is probably best to keep them away from a knife, gun or hammer shop.
