there is a few issues with the ac version , but mine has been fine...
some wired issues but Ive had none at all. teething problems nothing to worry about

The issues it has will all be solved including the lockup. That's all I can say without getting into trouble due to a NDA. Mine failed in 3 different ways.
1 Locked up at boot FLOD. 2 was DOA and wifi never worked (faulty unit) and 3 locked up at boot with just a red power led. Interestingly I have still got my original (first) SH2 from the trials and its rock solid so I expected the ac to be the same as its running nearly the same hardware. Same DOCSIS chip. The Intel puma 5. The sh1 used a Broadcom DOCSIS chip and was fine in modem mode.
By the way the FLOD sh2ac was in modem mode. Current sh2ac is in router mode.

Nothing in my post has broke the NDA and what I posted is public and talked about on the forums over at vm. Now if I posted what caused the issue then I would be in trouble hence why I only said it will be fixed nothing more.

I have an opinion on the nda others have another. that's fine/
BUT I agree with the above as ive studied the nda and that info didn't break anything.
As usual, people jump in not even knowing what the vm nda is or facts.
