That is not what I am able to do. My 4g iPhone is at this very moment the "Personal Hotspot" for my iPad and I am able to stream all the available channels on the Virgin TV Anywhere App.

I don't use my iPhone for streaming Virgin TV Anywhere because Virgin only allow you to make one device the primary device (able to stream) and only one change per month. So in order to demonstrate that you are totally incorrect I would have to change my primary device to my iPhone and that would mean no iPad streaming for me when I do the compulsory Christmas family traveling. So I'll also stop short of calling you a liar!

Please note that not all the Virgin TV Anywhere channels available on line are allowed to stream on phones or tablets, notably no Sky channels to date. The link below will dispel or confirm many other incorrect ideas.

And your iPad is receiving your personal hotspot signal as a wifi connection....correct??

May I also draw your attention to one of the points mentioned in the link you posted:

Can I use the app over mobile networks as well as Wi-Fi?

You can share, discover & manage over any network, mobile or abroad, but to watch you need to be on Wi-FI or BB in the UK

I stand corrected, sorry I'll shut up before I make a real fool of myself! lol.

1st point, I have, yes. I'm with o2 now but the handset was supplied by a 3rd party and is unlocked.

2nd point I fully agree. Just strange that they would specify Google edition in the list.

Thanks Andy. I and many others, are still waiting for it, shockingly long wait. I hope it is as good as people have said it is.

It's the motto that VM inherited from NTL and before that C&W.

Well BlinkFeed is better, and you can turn it off, but I like it and think it works with the phone so I haven't. There is now a read later option, but I've gotten used to using Pocket for that anyway . I liked the gallery as it was so have left it like that, but there are some cool new editing options. Otherwise there are a few new bits on the drop down settings menu but nothing really too drastic.

Yeah, I am a fan of blink feed too. There are numerous stories I have read I would never of thought to look at if it were not for BlinkFeed. Have they put BBC content on yet?
The read later option sounds pretty good, I never thought to save stories previously.:dunce:

I could go on for a long time about this, but we will veer drastically off topic.:(

Thanks for the info though.:)
