The party who have an immigration spokesman who doesn't know immigration or employment rules and thinks Tesco have moved a depot within Kent where they don't have one anyway.... bit of a twit is Mr Bryant.

He joins the very long list of inept, hypocrites which have characterised the party which made as big a mess of our economy as they did the immigration 'system'.

The OECD economic agency has sharply increased its growth forecast for the UK economy this year to 1.5% from an earlier estimate of 0.8%.

It said UK growth had gained momentum through the first half of the year.

The forecast came as a survey indicated that activity in the UK construction sector grew at its fastest pace for nearly six years in August.

Looks like Ed Balls might need a new catchphrase not to mention a new strategy... :D

Of course you're all completely impartial and not prone to bias....

Nobody is completely impartial. The interesting bit is debating the facts though. Something the aforementioned Labour supporters seem unwilling to do for some odd reason... :D

It really doesn't matter if I would agree with you or not anymore, that's besides the point now on this forum. It's just not worth the aggro so I think people like myself just let people like yourself to just get on with it .... again and again and again.... and again......and again.......Yaaawwwwnnnnnnnn..... :)

Sorry you're not happy about good news in the economy after so many years of gloom but it seems to me you've just done what you said you can't be bothered to do anymore. ;)

Well a lot of threads critising the Tories go awfully quiet. It happens both ways so don't see the need for mocking Labour supporters for doing the the same. Just keep to those facts

They tend to go quiet through lack of substance. ;) BTW we have a ConDem govt. not a Tory one.

Meantime today's service sector figures show the highest growth since 2006 - let's hope it translates into more jobs sooner rather than later.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-23956192

Quote:

The UK service sector grew at its fastest pace in six years in August, according to the latest survey by Markit and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).

The business activity index registered 60.5 in August, the highest reading in more than six-and-a-half years.

It also showed that backlogs of work are running at the highest level in more than 13 years.

But despite the extra work, there was only a small increase in employment.
