Yes I think the word 'some' has to be taken as read in all such discussions. Thankfully it's a minority of women (and men) who indulge in such appalling behaviour and their sex should be totally irrelevant to how they're investigated and dealt with.

My redtop just says she was found dead in the cell and that there's an investigation into the cause.

I read she'd killed herself.

I'd like to think she killed herself because she felt remorse, but I think it is more likely she took the cowards way out of it. Still, at least one prisoner the taxpayer won't need to fund anymore.
