Wasn't the point he was making that churn in Q4 2012 being lower than its been since Q4 2003, despite W, X, Y and Z happening, where W happened in Q1 2009, X happened in Q2 2012, Y happened in Q3 2012 and Z happened in Q1 2013.

It's not surprising negative factors that didn't happen during the specified timeframe didn't have a negative effect during the specified timeframe.
