Agreed. The cloud config is useless when you can't access the internet (which is probably the most important time anyone needs to actually change their router settings)

Well its working!!! just put in the disc, it did its thing,set password ect and it works.

now do i revert back to classic firmware or not?

Going from memory here (and it's not great at my age), I think the biggest downside to the Cisco Cloud was the EULA, whereby Cisco have the right to monitor all your router traffic.
This is why people are downgrading to an older firmware. There was a lot of anti Cisco outpourings at the time it was discovered.
