When they were based in Fleet Street, weren't most of the National Newspapers effectively run from Pubs? That's certainly the image they had.

So they didn't have a bar in the office building, slightly different then imo, my grandfather worked in fleet street for the times and telegraph btw.

Yeah he's a pest but you gotta see the funny side :D
